Gardening Angels

Each garden needs an angel, someone to watch over it during the summer months. Individuals and families are needed to care for a garden and spend a little time with it each week from June through the end of August. During this time the garden will require weeding, dead-heading (removing spent flowers) and watering. If you don’t know anything about gardens, that’s not a problem, we’re happy to teach you all you’ll need to know! Tools and hoses are provided. This can be a particularly fun and rewarding way to serve the church.  

This peaceful sanctuary is not only a beautiful place to reflect, but also a memorial for those members who have preceeded us.  Contact Carol Meynen for more information.
