Text Box: The Missions Committee received the following message of gratitude from the Eglise Methodiste Unie au Senegal in Dakar:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am with much pleasure and gratitude to write to you this letter. My name is Dr. Aly Basher, the coordinator of the Wellness Program of the United Methodist Church of Senegal. I am writing to express our profound gratitude to you all for your financial support to our Program as well as the Nutritional centres. You generosity has really saved many children here. Text Box: Good news from our Trustees. After receiving a number of bids to repair and protect our stained glass windows, we are signing a contract. The work will begin this coming month, and we’ll do our best not to disrupt Sunday worship and summer weddings.

This much-needed project is possible for us because of the continuing gifts of congregation members to Trinity’s Capital Fund. To maintain our historic building each capital gift is a great help. Wills and bequests designated for Trinity can also make a tremendous difference for generations to come.

Those poor kids would have died or become malnourished had it not been your financial assistance; so the parents, community, and our programs as a whole do thank you and pray that the Lord richly bless and replenish whatever you give out a thousand fold.

We shall however need support you may be able to continue to give us as we face our many commitments.  We work to serve our Lord faithfully and thank you for your interest, prayers and help.

May God bless you abundantly.

Text Box: On Sunday July 13th our young families will gather at the home of Brian and Beth Beeler from 5-7 p.m. Stay tuned to your email for an Evite coming soon.
